I decided to do a light session and hope for the best for stage 3 of Ultimate Girevik Cup this Saturday. I winged it the last 2 times, so let’s do it again!

rebounder, battling ropes, gada 360 @14kg, Hindu push ups

Those last few days I have been busy painting the barn ,and also cleaning  up and making space to set up the gym in the old pigsty. I might have to call the gym “PorkyFit”…
