Those last few days I have been busy painting the barn ,and also cleaning up and making space to set up the gym in the old pigsty. I might have to call the gym “PorkyFit”…
Right now, my new lifestyle is a bit too stressful to train properly. I rush things and it goes wrong.
I felt a slight discomfort while snatching so I guess now it’s forced rest until stage 3…

Both timers decided to die on me today just after the warm up. had planned 2min e.s sprint intervals, so I had to count reps instead… no idea about rest intervals, probably closest to 3min than 4min.
