I have been alone with Troy this weekend, so pretty hard to put in a normal session…
therefore went out to the park with a 30kg kettlebell and 10kg mace. I can train and keep an eye on him while he plays.

going by feel, no timer needed. I find doing a get up with no ceiling as a repair mark quite challenging. Slightly wet grass is also another thing to take into consideration!

3 weeks out of World championships, I am thinking about switching to snatch instead of LC… so it was probably a good idea to snatch at least a whole session 🙂

So much has been happening lately, that I have not been able to find the energy or focus to train at the level I should to get ready for Minsk. So instead of stressing about it, I am taking it easy to stay afloat and hope to ride the wave.
