waouh,a long break!
I took the last week of January off, and eased back into minimal training, trying a few things, played with sandbags.
Actually managed to press the 28kg KB on ech side for the first time in my life. The high volume of push press from January must have helped!

warm up: rope skip, TGU, hollow rock

hip thrusts @75kg x15 / swing @24kg x6 *2

Sumo DL @75kg x6/ swing @24kg x6 *2

LCP ladders @22kg 1+2+3, @24kg 1+2+3, @26kg x1+2+2/ chins x3 (27 total)

3D squat lunge matrix + reach lunges
