  • B1: hip thrust @40kg x20*2
  • B2: curls @30kg + behing back wrist curl x6/10*2


Sled dragging

tried walking lunges with 30kg on the sled. No way 🙂 Ended up shouldering the bag and dragging an empty sled for a few sets, then went and got 16kg and did 30reps x4 sets

reverse drag, loaded carries, push ups, done.
